   Meet Our Authors

Sylvia Stein - Author Sylvia Stein began her path to writing when she joined the Writer’s Group on Linked in 750 in 2012 and she also started to connect with other authors through the World Literary Café.  Her First Debut Novel came in July 31, 2014 entitled, Closure and Chasing Clarity herfirst YA will be out this Spring 2015. To quote author Stein, “This is the first of many to come.”

 

E.J. Squires -  Evelyn J. Squires was born in Asker, Norway, the second of eight children. Her father, being an entrepreneur, moved the family back and forth from the US to Norway, ultimately settling in Utah in 1992. After high school Evelyn entered Brigham Young University to study Comparative Literature and Ballet among other things, and in 2007 she opened a ballet studio in Florida. Having a lifelong love of for reading, she has written poetry, lyrics and short stories. In 2012 she began writing as a new career and has never looked back.

 

Amy Manemann - Amy Manemann is an International Best Selling Author who writes sexy and intriguing romantic suspense, young adult paranormal romance, contemporary romance (NEW), and dabbles in children's books.

 

Carlyle Labuschagne - Carlyle is an South African award wining author, with a flair for mixing genres and adding loads of drama to every story she creates. For now she is happy to take over the world and convert non Sci-fi believers.Her goal as an author is to touch people's lives, and help others love their differences and one another by delivering strong messages of faith, love and hope within every outrageous world she writes about.

 

Janelle Stalder - Janelle Stalder is the author of YA, NA and Adult books. She lives in Ontario, Canada with her husband, three children, and two furry kids.

 

Suzy Turner - Although Suzy is a Yorkshire lass at heart, she left her home town of Rotherham, UK, to move to Portugal with her family when she was ten. The Algarve continues to be her home, where she lives with her childhood sweetheart, Michael, two neurotic dogs and a cat who thinks she's a princess. Suzy is the author of nine novels (YA and Chick Lit).

Andrea Buginsky - Andrea Buginsky is a freelance writer with a BA in Mass Communication-Journalism from the University of South Florida. She has always wanted to be a published writer, and decided to try to write children's fantasy books a few years ago. The Chosen is her first book, and was released on December 14, 2010, to her delight. She is currently editng the thrid book in The Chosen series and writing the fourth. Andrea lives in Kansas with her family, which includes her two precious puppies.

 

 

Ashlee McNicol - Ashlee McNicol spent her childhood bringing imagination to life by writing short stories and chapter books that soon decorated the shelves of local libraries in the state of Washington. Those stories shaped her writing career, which has now launched to include over fifty full length young adult novels that are waiting to be read. Ashlee holds a BBA in marketing from Eastern New Mexico University and works as her own publicist. Currently, she is crafting the Secrets of Ghastillanda Series and hopes to have all five books released by the end of 2015. Her goal is to inspire children and young adults all over to pursue their dreams and ignite their imaginations.

4. I moved to Texas on a 3 month work contract, 3.5 years ago...

Alicia Rades - By day, Alicia Rades is a freelance writer, blogger, and editor. When inspiration strikes, she's also an author. Fire in Frost, a YA paranormal, is her first full-length novel. 

 

Emerald Barnes - Emerald Barnes is a proofreader, writer and lover of anything YA, a Southern belle, WLC volunteer, auntie, and recently, Booktrope and Vox Dei author. She loves God and college football!

 

H. L. Burke - Military wife and homeschool mom, H. L. Burke loves the whimsical and the fantastic. She believes in magic and possibilities. She is blessed.

 

Faith Blum - I am a 20 something home school graduate who enjoys doing many right-brained activities such as reading, crafting, writing, and playing piano. My favorite genre to read and write is Historical Fiction, more specifically, Westerns. In the Hymns of the West series, I have endeavored to create clean, fun, and challenging Western stories for the whole family.

 

Julie C. Gilbert - Julie C. Gilbert writes YA science fiction and Christian mystery stories. She's also aiming to join one of the kindle worlds soon. Otherwise, she teaches high school chemistry and drinks a lot of tea.

 

Patti Larsen - I'm an award-winning author with a passion for the paranormal. Now with multiple books in happy publication and my best-selling YA paranormal, Family Magic, releasing in bookstores everywhere, I live in beautiful PEI, Canada, with my patient husband, six demanding cats and Gypsy Vanner gelding, Fynn.

 

Melissa Pearl - Melissa Pearl is a YA/NA Romance Author. She writes in a variety of genres and her goal for every book she publishes, is to make readers laugh, cry and swoon.
 

Dawn Brazil - Dawn Brazil creates worlds that are unimaginable, romantic, and out of this world. She lives in Texas with her husband, three kids, and pampered Pomeranian. And many, many books.

 

Beth M. Honeycutt - Beth loves to travel and has been to nine different countries (more if you count layovers!). At home or abroad, she can usually be found with her head in a book or madly scribbling down ideas for a book of her own. She loves spending time with family, stories of all kinds, and happy endings. She firmly believes in the enduring power of love.

 

TC Booth - TC Booth enjoys spending time with her family. When she 's not attending the sporting events of her teenagers, you will see her with book or writing. She prefers to write about strong and sassy teenaged girls and cute boys.

 

Brenda Duffey - Brenda Duffey is a retired high school teacher turned author. She has written a major novel "The Peacemaker" and a musical stage production entitled "A Squeaky Wheel Gets Oiled - The Musical." Her most recent work is a collection of young adult short stories entitled "Celebrations from New Pangaea."

 

Dan Wright - A writer of Fantasy that is inspired by Anime and Disney. His two main series are Draconica and Amanda Moonstone. His work often includes interior artwork to help bring the stories to life.

 

Morgan Straughan Comnick - Educator of young minds by day, super nerdy savior of justice and cute things by night, Morgan Straughan Comnick has a love for turning the normal into something special without losing its essence. Morgan draws from real life experiences and her ongoing imagination to spark her writing. In her spare time, she enjoys doing goofy voices, traveling to new worlds by turning pages, humming child-like songs, and forcing people to smile with her “bubbliness.” It is Morgan’s mission in life to spread the amazement of otaku/Japanese culture to the world and to stop bullying; she knows everyone shines brightly.
